Cementing Supervisor B

About the role

We are seeking a Cementing Supervisor B to lead cementing crews on oil‑field projects, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant operations from mobilization through demobilization.

Key responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction throughout all operation stages.
• Oversee personnel, equipment, rig‑up processes, job preparation and chemical mixing to meet company and client standards.
• Supervise equipment positioning, rig‑up, and connection of treating lines, hoses and wellhead systems according to safety standards.
• Lead preparation, mixing and pumping of chemicals following established procedures.
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of job setup, execution, mobilization and demobilization.
• Coordinate equipment cleanup, maintenance and preparation for subsequent jobs.
• Monitor and perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment safe, reliable and compliant.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization and proper condition of all equipment and work areas.
• Manage inventory of chemicals and spare parts, ensuring availability and control.
• Lead, coach and train cement crew personnel to improve performance and competency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of cementing supervisor experience, or diploma with 6 years, or general diploma with 8 years.
• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
