Chocolatier – Craft High‑Quality Chocolate Products

About the role

SAMA Hospitality & Business LLC is seeking a passionate Chocolatier to join its Muscat team. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating premium chocolate confections that enhance the brand’s café and retail experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and produce chocolate bonbons, bars, truffles, and garnishes.
• Temper, mold, and decorate chocolate to maintain consistency and visual appeal.
• Collaborate with café and culinary teams to design chocolate‑based menu items and seasonal collections.
• Manage production schedules and raw‑material inventory.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process.
• Support visual merchandising of chocolate displays and assist in training staff on chocolate handling.

Required profile

• Strong bakery, pastry, and confectionery background with experience in hospitality or retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance flavors, textures, and presentation.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and capacity to maintain quality under production timelines.
• Excellent communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Relevant vocational training or formal education in pastry, confectionery, or culinary arts is preferred.
