Civil Engineer – Renewable Energy & Infrastructure (15 months)

About the role

SEGULA Technologies Middle East is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to supervise and monitor civil and structural works for major renewable‑energy projects in Duqm, Oman. The role is site‑based and lasts for 15 months, covering foundations, roads, drainage, buildings and renewable‑energy specific installations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise civil and structural construction works on renewable‑energy and electrical infrastructure.
• Monitor and verify foundations for wind turbines, PV and BESS installations.
• Oversee access‑road construction, drainage, earthworks and building works.
• Review concrete works, ensure construction quality and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate technical issues with contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Support geotechnical verification and conduct on‑site inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant civil/structural construction‑supervision experience.
• Proven experience in infrastructure, power or renewable‑energy projects.
• Previous experience on GCC/Oman sites is advantageous.
