About the role
As a Cluster Sales Executive – Leisure you will act as the primary sales contact for existing and prospective guests, promoting the hotel’s leisure offerings and ensuring events are booked in line with the brand’s sales strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for all customer enquiries and negotiate event contracts.
- Identify up‑selling opportunities and maximise revenue through catering and group bookings.
- Handle customer inquiries efficiently within defined parameters to close sales.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and report on sales performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably within hospitality or entertainment.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
- Proven negotiation skills and a results‑driven mindset.
- Fluent English communication.
