Cluster Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Cluster Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating visually appealing displays across multiple stores, ensuring brand consistency and driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor brand image, stock levels and replenish displays to maintain an attractive environment.
• Create eye‑catching window and in‑store displays that align with brand guidelines and commercial opportunities.
• Develop floor plans and planograms to maximize visual impact and product placement.
• Regularly inspect and maintain fixtures, signage and props, ensuring they are in good condition.
• Photograph each display change and keep a visual record of merchandising updates.
• Rotate window displays to reflect seasonal promotions, new arrivals and brand campaigns.
• Manage budget for display materials, source props and signage within cost constraints.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising standards and ensure consistent implementation.
• Collaborate with the VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals.
• Participate in pre‑opening activities to ensure brand standards are properly implemented.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
• Strong understanding of design principles, consumer behavior and brand aesthetics.
• Proven ability to design and implement planograms and store layouts.
• Experience managing visual standards across multiple locations.
• Ability to work within budget constraints and meet deadlines.
