Commercial Project Manager – ERP Implementation

About the role

This position supports the AGORA ERP implementation for Gas Services in Oman and will transition into a permanent Commercial Project Manager role, overseeing long‑term service contracts, maintenance & upgrades, repairs, spare‑parts deliveries and field services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise financial KPIs such as revenue, cost, gross profit and cash flow, ensuring compliance with Financial Reporting Guidelines, transfer pricing and tax regulations.
• Perform asset management, invoicing, payment tracking and allocation in line with project progress and contractual terms.
• Lead project forecasting, budgeting, local and worldwide reporting, and coordinate with offshore CPM teams.
• Oversee guarantees, bonds, insurance and foreign‑currency risk management in accordance with hedging guidelines.
• Act as a key user and data steward for the AGORA/S4E Unify ERP system, documenting knowledge for smooth transition to standard CPM operations.
• Collaborate with project managers, customers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
• Certified Commercial Project Manager (CPM) for Category C projects.
• Proven experience in ERP/SAP implementation and commercial project management for complex service projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting guidelines, IFRS, budgeting, forecasting and tax compliance.
