About the role
The Community Supervisor will oversee security and community operations, ensuring safety and compliance within the assigned area.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and train staff, conduct patrols, and respond to security incidents or emergencies.
- Report incidents, identify HSE risks or damages, and handle suspicious activity reports.
- Manage lost‑property procedures and enforce parking regulations.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in supervising, security, facilities management, or related fields.
- Proven ability to conduct patrols, handle emergencies, and produce incident reports.
Required skills
- Experience with incident reporting and HSE risk identification.
- Knowledge of lost‑property handling and parking enforcement procedures.
