Construction General Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction General Manager to lead the safe and efficient delivery of major LNG construction projects. The role oversees site works, modular fabrication, transportation, and on‑site installation while meeting schedule, cost, quality, and operational‑readiness targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall construction planning and execution for large LNG projects.
• Provide construction input during FEED, detailed design, and procurement phases.
• Conduct constructability reviews and Construction HAZID activities.
• Manage on‑site construction, ensuring compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Oversee modular fabrication, assembly, testing, preservation, logistics, and transportation.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, logistics providers, and site teams.
• Supervise module installation, hook‑up, pre‑commissioning, and integration.
• Control project budgets, schedules, contractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Drive HSE, quality assurance, construction readiness, and risk management.
• Provide progress reporting and resolve construction issues and project risks.

Required profile

• BSc degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Technical Authority Level 2 (TA‑2) certification.
• Proven experience in execution, engineering, construction, commissioning, or management of major industrial projects.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, LNG, or energy sectors preferred.
• Advanced qualification in Construction Management is highly desirable.
• Relevant internationally recognized professional certification is desirable.
