Coordinator Fleet Partner

About the role

Talabat is looking for a proactive Coordinator Fleet Partner to manage the full life‑cycle of third‑party logistics (3PL) partners. You will ensure smooth onboarding, performance monitoring, and off‑boarding while maintaining compliance with contracts and KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate 3PL onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding processes.
• Maintain clear communication with 3PLs through business reviews, on‑site visits, and other engagement strategies.
• Track rider onboarding against supply forecasts and adjust plans as needed.
• Generate and analyse monthly 3PL performance reports, providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with local and regional supply teams to keep rider supply forecast models accurate.
• Work with Finance to ensure timely monthly payment of 3PL invoices.
• Monitor partner feedback, manage escalations, and coordinate resolutions according to SLA timelines.
• Support additional stakeholders as requested by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics operations, 3PL/partner management, or supply chain roles.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments such as food delivery, ride‑hailing, e‑commerce or last‑mile logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, negotiation and stakeholder influencing abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Experience using dashboards or other data‑reporting tools.
