Coordinator Rider Compliance

About the role

The Coordinator Rider Compliance ensures that fleet partner riders operate in line with Talabat's platform policies and anti‑fraud standards. Working across allocated zones, you will act as the primary liaison for compliance issues, helping to maintain a safe and trustworthy delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor rider activity, flag suspicious behaviour and potential fraud for escalation.
• Support day‑to‑day operational compliance, ensuring adherence to SOPs and platform policies.
• Conduct on‑ground audits, spot checks and site‑visit inspections across assigned zones.
• Serve as the point of contact for riders on compliance queries, delivering clear policy guidance.
• Assist in cancellation‑fraud investigations, gathering data and documenting findings.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, fraud cases and audit results.
• Provide regular status updates to the Supervisor and collaborate with cross‑functional teams on compliance projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in the food or grocery tech industry (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic; Urdu is a plus.
• Excellent public‑speaking, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• People‑management experience, capable of overseeing larger groups.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
