Creative Lead – Senior Experiential Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Creative Experiential Designer to lead concept creation and storytelling through spatial design for our event and exhibition business in Muscat, Oman. You will shape bold, immersive experiences that captivate high‑profile clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead brainstorming sessions and develop big, bold experiential concepts for pitches.
• Create compelling narratives, mood boards, and thematic directions that win clients.
• Oversee visual and environmental identity of events, ensuring seamless stage designs, exhibition stands, lighting, and guest journeys.
• Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia creators.
• Stay abreast of global event‑tech trends (projection mapping, AR/VR, interactive installations, kinetic art) and integrate them into proposals.
• Collaborate with Production and Technical teams to ensure concepts are feasible, budget‑conscious, and flawlessly executed.
• Present creative pitches confidently to corporate executives, luxury brands, and government stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative conceptualisation within experiential marketing, live events, or spatial design agencies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing live‑event concepts, three‑dimensional spatial designs, and successful pitches.
• Deep understanding of Middle Eastern, specifically Omani, culture and ability to blend heritage with modern design trends.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a major advantage.
