About the role
FedEx is seeking an Omani national to join its Customer Care team. The role involves providing high‑quality support to customers through various channels, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries, complaints and service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, quotes and account creation.
- Manage complaints, issue resolution, case management and service recovery.
- Process claims, escalated issues and ad‑hoc enquiries.
- Follow defined processes and procedures to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Identify anomalies, apply judgment based on rules, and escalate complex matters to senior team members.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Omani nationality as a mandatory requirement.
