About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role focuses on first‑level support for a travel‑booking platform, handling inbound and outbound interactions in French and English.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
- Assist homeowners and travelers with bookings, modifications, cancellations, and deposit claims.
- Escalate complex complaints while maintaining high‑quality service.
- Log, classify, and follow up on all customer interactions.
- Analyze call data and share feedback to improve processes.
- Stay updated on platform changes and collaborate with internal teams.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in travel or technical support.
- Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
- Strong computer literacy and experience working online.
- Availability 30‑40 hours per week, including mandatory weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack for team collaboration.
- Salesforce and standard office tools.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating system.
- Stable broadband connection with recommended hardware specifications.
