DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team in Muscat. You will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and scalability of our Linux‑based and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, monitor and optimise Linux servers (Ubuntu, CentOS, RHEL) and automate tasks with shell scripts and Ansible.
• Implement security best practices, manage firewalls/NGFW, conduct audits and respond to incidents.
• Deploy, secure and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes (including EKS, GKE, AKS).
• Build infrastructure as code with Terraform, Pulumi or CloudFormation and integrate it into CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage cloud resources across AWS, Azure and OCI, enforce cost controls and cloud security.
• Configure VPNs, DNS, load balancers and troubleshoot network issues.
• Set up centralized logging and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack or Loki.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Linux system administration and cloud infrastructure.
