Division Business Analyst

About the role

The Division Business Analyst will support financial performance, planning and commercial decision‑making across the division. You will analyse key metrics, prepare management reports and drive initiatives that improve profitability and cash generation.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyse and report KPIs and business objectives for the division.
• Conduct detailed P&L analysis, profitability reviews and cash‑generation initiatives across geo‑units.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and executive presentations.
• Assist in annual planning, budgeting, rolling forecasts and monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Review tenders, bids and commercial proposals from a financial perspective.
• Provide financial insights for operational and commercial decision‑making.
• Support working‑capital improvement initiatives and cash‑flow monitoring.
• Assist in maintaining division‑specific accounting policies and internal controls.
• Lead special projects, process‑improvement initiatives and training programs for finance staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and profitability analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
