Drama Teacher – Secondary (Key Stages 3‑4)

About the role
British School Muscat is seeking an enthusiastic Drama Teacher to lead the secondary drama programme for Key Stages 3 and 4. You will teach students aged 11‑18, creating a dynamic and supportive environment that encourages creativity and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver the drama curriculum for KS3 and KS4.
- Plan and teach engaging drama lessons, including practical workshops and performances.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate drama across the wider curriculum.
- Contribute to extra‑curricular drama activities, productions and school events.
Required profile
- Qualified teacher with a UK or internationally recognised equivalent teaching qualification.
- Demonstrated passion for drama education and ability to inspire students.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive, stimulating learning environment.
- Willingness to work in Muscat and adapt to an international school setting.
