E-Commerce Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Manager will position the hotel’s brand website as the primary channel for electronic distribution and enhance the overall digital presence of the property.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate property content on brand, GHA, and third‑party portals.
• Report, analyse and act on website statistics using key performance indicators.
• Support revenue goals by driving website sales and ensuring rate parity across channels.
• Keep website content (text, images, translations) up‑to‑date in all languages on Kempinski.com, gha.com and the mobile site.
• Collaborate with the corporate office on website enhancements and functionality upgrades.
• Create and publish promotional offers, special packages and local experiences.
• Optimise SEO elements – meta tags, keywords, search‑term relevance – to improve natural rankings.
• Produce and manage corporate email newsletters, analyse performance and segment audiences.
• Oversee social‑media channels, monitor online reputation and respond to guest interactions.
• Develop e‑marketing initiatives for key feeder markets to increase qualified traffic and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing hotel websites or digital distribution platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret web and revenue data.
• Excellent coordination skills to work with Revenue, Marketing, Sales and other departments.
• Familiarity with revenue management concepts such as rate parity.
