About the role

As an Early Careers Operations Maintenance Engineer you will join the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of equipment, applying technical knowledge and superior service. You will receive comprehensive training to become a skilled problem‑solver using the latest technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and capture opportunities to improve equipment maintainability and reliability.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Reliability‑Centered Maintenance concepts to optimise work processes and reduce downtime.
• Stay current with the latest equipment, technologies and maintenance methods.
• Champion data and service quality within the maintenance organisation.
• Assist in planning equipment and maintenance resources.
• Utilise asset‑management and maintenance‑systems data to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or relevant experience in electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• Hands‑on aptitude combined with strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
