Embroidery Tailor / Fashion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Embroidery Tailor and Fashion Designer specialized in Gulf traditional garments, particularly Bisht embroidery. The successful candidate will combine artistic vision with meticulous craftsmanship to produce luxury‑level embroidered pieces.

Key responsibilities

• Execute hand and machine embroidery on high‑end garments such as Bishts and Abayas.
• Design and produce traditional Gulf attire, translating design concepts into detailed embroidery work.
• Maintain premium finishing standards and precision in all embroidery details.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop new styles, patterns, and collections.
• Ensure consistency with luxury craftsmanship standards throughout the production process.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in embroidery tailoring.
• Strong expertise in Bisht embroidery (mandatory).
• Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Arts, or a related field.
• Experience with Abaya, Bisht, or other Gulf traditional wear is highly preferred.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous embroidery work.
