Emergency Medical Technician

About the role

JCP Business Services is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join a healthcare team in Oman. The EMT will provide rapid response and emergency medical care to patients in urgent situations, ensuring safe transport to medical facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate emergency care.
• Administer first aid, life‑saving procedures, and medication as required.
• Safely transport patients to hospitals or clinics while maintaining continuous monitoring.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for each incident.
• Ensure proper use, cleaning, and maintenance of emergency equipment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and follow established safety protocols.

Required profile

• Strong competencies in Emergency Services and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).
• Certification or eligibility for certification with the U.S. National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT).
• Proficiency in paramedic‑level skills and techniques.
• Foundational knowledge and practical experience in medicine and emergency care.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to high‑pressure, dynamic environments.
• Experience in similar roles, especially in international or culturally diverse settings, is a plus.
