About the role
The F&B Captain supports the Outlet Supervisor to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly each day. You will deliver exceptional service to guests, promote the restaurant and other hotel facilities, and continuously seek ways to enhance the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Outlet Supervisor in daily operations to maintain high service standards.
- Provide outstanding service to guests and visitors, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Promote the restaurant and other hotel amenities, identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
