F&B Operation Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room‑service operations at the property. The role ensures guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial targets and complying with local food‑and‑beverage regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage and monitor budgets for all F&B departments, maintaining cost‑control and profitability.
• Lead and supervise the F&B team, handling day‑to‑day operations and covering duties in the absence of staff.
• Ensure high standards of service, promptly addressing guest concerns and upholding the brand’s service culture.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable food‑and‑beverage laws and regulations.
• Drive employee engagement, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, etc., with at least 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food‑and‑beverage operations, budgeting and cost management.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
