About the role
The Guest Service Expert in the Food & Beverage department delivers memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. Working in the rooms service area, you will ensure guests receive prompt, courteous service while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables and prepare dining areas for guest service.
- Communicate orders with the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve meals and drinks.
- Clean work areas, restock supplies, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related food and beverage service experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
