Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead the school's financial operations, ensuring sustainability, transparency, and support for the impact‑maximization plan. This senior position reports directly to the CEO and oversees a team of finance professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full oversight of the finance and accounting department.
• Supervise Payroll Officer, Receivables Officer, Financial Reporting Officer, and Financial Logistics Officer.
• Prepare the annual budget and monitor its implementation.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the CEO and Board of Directors.
• Manage collections from branches, cash liquidity, rent payments, procurement, and school catering.
• Support financial line items within the impact‑maximization plan, especially Quran, Al‑Bayan instruction, agriculture, and trade.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend cost‑efficiency and profitability improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or equivalent preferred).
• 8–10 years of financial management experience, preferably in the education sector.
• Strong financial analysis and advanced reporting abilities.
• High integrity and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Experience using ERP systems.
