First Aid & Document Controller

About the role

We are seeking a First Aid & Document Controller to join our real‑estate development projects. The role combines immediate medical response duties with the management of all project documentation, ensuring safety and information integrity on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Provide immediate first‑aid assistance to employees and site personnel, maintain and inspect first‑aid kits, and record all incidents.
• Coordinate emergency response, liaise with medical services, and keep first‑aid facilities clean and accessible.
• Receive, register, distribute and archive project documents, both electronic and hard‑copy.
• Control document revisions, ensure the latest approved versions are available, and track submissions, approvals and outstanding actions.
• Manage drawings, reports, submittals, inspection records and facilitate document flow between the project team, consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare document‑control reports and support general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Qualified in Emergency Medical Services or Paramedic practice, with NREMT or equivalent certification.
• Experience in first‑aid provision or workplace health and safety, preferably within construction or real‑estate environments.
• Strong organisational abilities, attention to detail and experience handling both physical and digital records.
• Ability to work on‑site, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly in English.
