Fit-out Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Fit-out Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality interior fit-out projects from planning through to successful handover. The role involves coordinating with clients, internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and support the development of commercially sound budgets based on scope, market pricing, materials and labour.
• Monitor project quality throughout the lifecycle and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and client expectations.
• Act as the primary coordination point between clients, internal teams, suppliers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication.
• Plan, organise and oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely achievement of milestones.
• Manage project close-out and handover activities, including final works, documentation, approvals and client deliverables.
• Build and maintain productive supplier relationships and support procurement to secure suitable materials, competitive pricing and reliable delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a fit-out or project management role.
• Proven track record of delivering projects in Oman or the wider GCC region.
• Strong commercial awareness of market materials, pricing and budgeting practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid driving licence and a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to generate new client relationships or business opportunities is a strong advantage.
