Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations, coordinating with kitchen, bar and reception to guarantee flawless service.
• Inspire, coach and develop a high‑performing service team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Create memorable guest experiences through attentive service and personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs and regular guests.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Support stock control, cash handling and operational reporting.
• Maintain the highest standards of luxury service and restaurant presentation at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Floor Manager, Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a luxury or premium dining environment.
• Proven experience with internationally recognised luxury hospitality brands.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and guest‑engagement focus.
