Food and Beverage Sales Executive

About the role

To proactively drive food and beverage sales for the hotel, the role focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the hotel’s F&B outlets and services. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and other departments to ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting assigned revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for the hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets, events, and catering services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, travel agencies and other partners.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, presentations and promotional activities to generate new business.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and packages tailored to client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts within approved pricing and commercial guidelines.
• Coordinate with F&B Operations, Kitchen, Events, Finance and other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Achieve individual and departmental sales targets and contribute to overall F&B revenue growth.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B sales, hotel sales or catering sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
