Food & Beverage Attendant – Luxury Hotel (Female Only)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Food & Beverage Attendant to join the dining team at InterContinental Muscat. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, creating memorable dining experiences, and upholding the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, take orders and ensure a memorable dining experience.
• Accurately relay orders to kitchen and bar, and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Set up and maintain table settings, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for new guests.
• Assist in preparing beverages such as coffee and cocktails, and support basic food preparation when needed.
• Manage inventory, restocking food and beverage supplies as required.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle transactions responsibly.
• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Address guest complaints or issues professionally and courteously.

Required profile

• Previous experience in food & beverage service within hotels, restaurants or serviced residences (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in an international luxury hotel chain and exposure to GCC markets.
• Fluency in English (required); Arabic fluency preferred.
• Knowledge of food and beverage standards, hygiene and safety practices.
