About the role
Our Guest Service Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that ensure guests enjoy their meal. From setting tables to communicating with the kitchen and serving guests, the role blends hospitality with operational support to create memorable dining experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Set tables, arrange dining areas, and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate orders and special requests between guests and the kitchen.
- Interact with guests, serve food and beverages, and respond to their needs promptly.
- Read and verify menu information to ensure accurate service.
- Move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance) while navigating varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification needed.
