About the role

As a Food & Beverage Waiter/Waitress at Hilton, you will be the face of hospitality, creating memorable dining experiences for guests. You will combine friendly service with a thorough knowledge of the menu to ensure each guest feels welcomed and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive attitude and anticipate their needs to enhance the meal experience.
• Learn and communicate menu items, promotions, and specials confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, input them accurately into the POS system, and deliver orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service station throughout the shift.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
