Food Server

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Food Server to join our team at our Muscat restaurant. The role involves greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site position within a leading hospitality company.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus, answer food and beverage questions, and take accurate orders.
• Serve food and drinks, set up tables properly, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and payments in a professional manner.
• Follow company service standards, health and safety regulations, and focus on delivering a positive dining experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service skills to create a welcoming, responsive guest experience.
• Basic knowledge of menu items, food‑service practices, and safe handling procedures.
• Clear, professional communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and maintain high hygiene standards.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
