Foreman – Port & Container Terminal Operations

About the role

New Alfa International is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead port and container terminal operations in Muscat, Oman. The role focuses on supervising daily activities, coordinating personnel and equipment, and driving productivity while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise operational activities across the terminal to ensure smooth workflow.
• Coordinate workers, equipment and resources to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor compliance with terminal procedures and HSE regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of operations and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with client and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience in port terminal operations.
• Strong knowledge of terminal procedures and HSE requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate operational teams.
• Good command of English communication.
• Experience in the GCC region is preferred.
