About the role

AlSinani Tours is seeking a Freelance Tour Planner to join its on‑site team in Oman. You will craft customized travel experiences, turning client preferences into memorable itineraries that showcase the country’s natural beauty, history, and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design and organize detailed tour itineraries tailored to client needs.
• Research destinations, attractions, and logistics to ensure accurate and appealing travel plans.
• Coordinate with local service providers, including hotels, transport, and activity operators.
• Manage bookings, schedules, and client communications throughout the tour lifecycle.
• Address client inquiries promptly and resolve any issues that arise during trips.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tour planning, itinerary creation, and local travel coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Omani culture, landmarks, and tourist attractions.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Flexibility to work on‑site and handle dynamic schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
