Freight Forwarder – Logistics Operations (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are expanding our global logistics network and need an experienced Freight Forwarder to set up and manage our freight forwarding operations while supporting our U.S. trucking business. The role works from 5 pm to 2 am, Monday‑Friday, based in Muscat Hills.

Key responsibilities

• Establish connections with NVOCCs, freight forwarders and U.S. trucking companies.
• Quote, dispatch and coordinate domestic trucking shipments.
• Quote, dispatch and track international air and ocean freight.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Strong background in freight forwarding and brokerage with end‑to‑end shipment coordination.
• Proven ability to make cold calls to carriers and set up partnerships.
• Knowledge of export processes, customs requirements and compliance.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field is a plus.
