Functional Lead – Source to Settle

About the role

The Functional Lead – Source to Settle will drive the design, configuration and implementation of Oracle EBS Procurement modules for a major client in Oman. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle EBS purchasing, sourcing and supplier lifecycle management, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluation, detailed analysis and map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules.
• Lead design workshops, propose process improvements and create functional solution designs.
• Configure Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal.
• Prepare design documentation, support application setup, and coordinate testing activities.
• Develop and maintain custom reports, OAF pages, mobile applications and CEMLI components.
• Collaborate with offshore teams and ensure effective communication with customers and IT stakeholders.

Required profile

• 12‑20 years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement implementations.
• Hands‑on experience in at least 4‑5 full‑cycle projects (implementations or roll‑outs).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle standard processes, integrations and customisation techniques.
• Ability to work independently, drive decisions and influence business processes.
