Functional Lead – Source to Settle (Oracle EBS Procurement)

About the role

We are looking for a Functional Lead to drive the Source‑to‑Settle processes using Oracle EBS. The role will focus on designing, configuring and optimizing procurement modules to meet business requirements across Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis of procurement processes.
• Lead design workshops, address process gaps and propose improvements.
• Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules and design scalable solutions.
• Configure Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal.
• Prepare design documentation, support application setup and conduct testing.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and ensure successful implementation across 4‑5 projects.

Required profile

• 12‑20 years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement.
• Hands‑on experience in at least four to five implementations or roll‑outs.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal.
• Experience with customizations, reports, OAF, Oracle Mobile applications and CEMLI components.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both customers and IT teams.
