Functional Lead – Source to Settle (Oracle EBS Procurement)

About the role

We are seeking a Functional Lead – Source to Settle to drive Oracle E‑Business Suite procurement implementations in Oman. The role will oversee functional design, configuration and testing of purchasing, iProcurement, sourcing and supplier lifecycle modules.

Key responsibilities

• Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis of business processes and map requirements to Oracle EBS procurement modules.
• Lead design workshops, propose process improvements and configure solutions for Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management and iSupplier Portal.
• Prepare functional design documentation, support application setup and coordinate testing activities to ensure solution quality.
• Collaborate with offshore and on‑site teams, provide guidance on customisations (reports, OAF, mobile) and oversee CEMLI development.

Required profile

• 12–20 years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement, with at least 12 years in modules such as Purchasing, iProcurement and Sourcing.
• Hands‑on experience on 4‑5 full‑cycle implementations or roll‑outs.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, able to start immediately or within 30 days.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both customers and IT teams.
