Garage Supervisor

About the role

A leading organization in Oman is hiring an experienced Garage Supervisor. The postholder supervises garage operations, manages workshop staff, ensures timely vehicle maintenance and repairs, and keeps workshop records and spare parts inventory up to date. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Oman.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics, technicians and workshop staff
• Monitor daily vehicle maintenance and repair activities
• Allocate work and coordinate workflow within the garage
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure required materials are available
• Maintain workshop records, reports and follow-up documentation
• Ensure repairs and servicing are completed on time
• Monitor workplace safety and operational efficiency
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
• Coordinate with management on workshop performance and requirements

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Garage Supervisor, Workshop Supervisor or Automotive Service Supervisor
• Gulf experience is mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair operations
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Experience in maintaining workshop records, stock management and reporting
• Basic communication skills in English and Arabic
• Age below 40 years

What we offer

• Salary of 61,000 INR per month
• Accommodation provided, including water and electricity
• One day off per week
• Working hours of 10 hours per day
• Two-year contract duration
