Generative AI Developer

About the role

We are seeking an early‑career Generative AI Developer to join our client in the fluid intelligence industry. The role focuses on hands‑on implementation, integration and deployment of generative AI solutions such as large language models and retrieval‑augmented generation systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in building RAG‑based generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.
• Develop Python services and APIs that integrate LLMs.
• Support data preprocessing, embedding creation and retrieval pipelines.
• Contribute to model packaging, deployment and integration tasks.
• Debug and improve existing pipelines under senior guidance.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to meet production constraints (latency, cost, accuracy).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in AI/ML, including internships or project work.
• Strong foundation in Python and experience with APIs, Docker or similar deployment workflows.
• Exposure to end‑to‑end ML/GenAI projects and familiarity with LLM APIs (GPT, Llama).
• Basic understanding of embeddings, retrieval flows and vector databases.
