Graphic Design Manager (Omani Talent)

About the role

Our client is looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead the creative direction of a portfolio of B2B event and exhibition brands. The role combines strategic brand thinking with hands‑on design execution, overseeing the full creative lifecycle from concept to final production.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and evolve visual identity and brand architecture for multiple corporate B2B brands.
• Translate brand strategy into compelling creative concepts for digital, print, social media, websites, and large‑format event graphics.
• Lead design and delivery of innovative visual solutions across marketing campaigns, sponsorship materials, and partner assets.
• Manage the complete design lifecycle, ensuring high‑quality outputs while juggling competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, operations, sponsors, partners, and suppliers to maintain creative alignment and technical compliance.
• Produce and edit multimedia content, including video assets, using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Support professional photography needs, including image editing, retouching, and asset development.
• Ensure all creative materials meet brand guidelines, production standards, and commercial objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, creative direction, or brand management, preferably within events, exhibitions, B2B marketing, media, or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, visual identity systems, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to conceptualise and execute modern, innovative design solutions across multiple channels.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Practical experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing.
• Professional photography, image manipulation, and retouching skills.
