Guest Experience Expert (Omani only)

About the role

As a Guest Experience Expert you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay from arrival to departure. This full‑time, on‑site position is open to Omani nationals and offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests throughout their stay, handling check‑in, check‑out and any special requests.
• Process operational needs, complete daily reports, and share local area highlights.
• Assist with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb unaided (100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• Omani citizenship (as indicated by “Omani only”).
• Ability to perform the physical duties described.
• Professional appearance and communication.
