Head of Inclusive Education & Accessibility

About the role

New World Technologies (NWT) is looking for a passionate leader to drive inclusive education, accessibility, neurodiversity and workforce inclusion initiatives across Oman. The role will coordinate with government bodies, schools, universities, healthcare providers and community organisations to create measurable impact and position NWT as a regional leader in inclusive learning solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement accessibility and inclusion initiatives.
• Support schools, universities, healthcare organisations and government entities in creating inclusive environments.
• Design and deliver awareness workshops and training programmes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support implementation of hidden disability and neurodiversity initiatives.
• Collaborate with technology partners to integrate innovative learning solutions.
• Develop project plans, reports and impact assessments.
• Identify strategic partnerships and funding opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in inclusive education, accessibility or related fields.
• Strong understanding of inclusive education and accessibility principles.
• Experience working with government or educational institutions preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
