About the role
The client, a leading residential developer in Muscat, is seeking a strategic Head of Sales to lead its residential real‑estate sales office. This senior position will oversee the sales gallery, drive revenue through direct and broker channels, and ensure compliance with Omani real‑estate regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets for residential projects.
- Manage and expand a network of local and international broker agencies, handling project briefings and commission structures.
- Oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation and site visits to SPA execution and closing.
- Maintain a luxury‑standard sales centre and lead the implementation of a CRM system for data‑driven decision‑making.
- Ensure all transactions comply with Omani Real Estate Laws and Ministry guidelines.
- Coach and mentor sales consultants, fostering a target‑driven, customer‑centric culture.
- Support Omanisation by developing local talent within the sales team.
- Coordinate with Finance and Legal on payment plans, escrow accounts, and contract management, and provide market insights and forecasts to the Commercial Director.
Required profile
- 6–10 years of real‑estate sales experience, with 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a developer environment.
- Deep knowledge of the Omani residential market; GCC experience is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills; fluency in English is mandatory, Arabic is an advantage.
