Human Capital Intelligence Manager

About the role

The Human Capital Intelligence Manager leads the development of workforce intelligence capabilities, turning governed people data into forward‑looking insights that support talent, reward, productivity and employee‑experience decisions. The role owns the HC intelligence roadmap, analytical standards and the responsible use of artificial intelligence, enabling evidence‑based decisions aligned with the bank’s strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a prioritized HC Intelligence roadmap aligned with the bank’s smart‑bank ambition.
• Maintain the governed workforce data model and ensure analytics, dashboards and AI use cases meet privacy, security, ethical and model‑governance requirements.
• Create and maintain BI dashboards, scorecards and executive reports covering workforce profile, movement, capacity, talent, learning, succession, engagement, recruitment, mobility, benefits and employee services.
• Provide evidence‑based insights, trends and recommendations to senior HR leadership and governance forums.
• Support workforce planning with demand‑supply analysis, capability gap identification and cost projections.
• Build transparent compensation and benefits models for salary reviews, pay fairness, market benchmarking and workforce‑cost decisions.
• Improve HRMS adoption, data completeness and transaction quality through root‑cause analysis and coordinated change interventions.
• Partner with HR units, technology teams, Enterprise AI Unit, Finance, Risk and external providers to define reporting and analytics requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading workforce analytics, data governance and AI initiatives within a large organization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as the accountable business owner for HR data and analytics.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior decision‑makers.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including technology, risk, finance and external vendors.
