ICT Operations Lead

About the role

The ICT Operations Lead is responsible for the reliable day‑to‑day operation of Energy Oman’s ICT environment. The role translates strategic direction into stable services, effective support and controlled change across SAP, business applications, infrastructure, networks, cloud and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily ICT service delivery, incident, problem, change and request management across applications, infrastructure and end‑user support.
• Oversee SAP ERP operations, ensuring availability, performance and stability of core modules such as Finance, HR and Materials Management.
• Manage relationships with vendors, monitor SLA performance and handle license utilization for SAP and other critical solutions.
• Ensure operational security, business continuity and disaster recovery processes are executed and tested regularly.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading ICT operations and service management teams.
• Strong background in SAP ERP administration and support.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships, SLAs and contractual obligations.
• Experience with security controls, vulnerability remediation and business continuity planning.
