ICT Presales Engineer

About the role

Corvit Networks is seeking an ICT Presales Engineer to join its Oman team. The role works closely with the sales department to understand customer requirements, design end‑to‑end ICT solutions and support the sales cycle through technical proposals and demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design comprehensive ICT solutions covering networking, security, cloud and ELV technologies.
• Lead technical responses for RFIs, RFPs and RFQs, including preparation of high‑level and low‑level designs and Bill of Materials.
• Support sales teams with customer demos, presentations and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure smooth handover of projects.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, participate in meetings and stay updated on emerging ICT, networking and security trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT pre‑sales or solution engineering.
• Strong knowledge across multiple technology domains such as networking, security, cloud and ELV.
• Proven ability to create HLD, LLD, BoM and detailed proposals.
• Excellent customer‑facing and documentation skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, HCIP, NSE4) are a plus.
• Currently residing in Oman on a valid visa or able to obtain one.
