ICV Specialist

About the role

The ICV Specialist will lead the implementation and management of In‑Country Value initiatives for our client in Muscat. This permanent position requires a strong background in procurement, contract management, and supply chain operations to ensure compliance with local regulations and maximise local content.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee ICV strategies aligned with Omani regulations.
• Coordinate procurement activities to increase local supplier participation.
• Manage contracts and monitor supplier performance against ICV targets.
• Analyse supply‑chain data to identify opportunities for local value creation.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years experience in ICV management, procurement, contract management, or supply‑chain operations.
• Proven ability to work with local vendors and understand Omani market dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
