About the role

The company is seeking an Information Technology Specialist who will combine ERP development, website management and digital marketing expertise to support and enhance its business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain the Odoo ERP system.
• Manage and update the corporate website, ensuring functionality and security.
• Troubleshoot and provide support for ERP and IT‑related issues.
• Create, launch and monitor social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and Google Ads.
• Analyze digital marketing performance and implement optimisation strategies.
• Maintain system security, perform regular backups and ensure smooth operation.
• Identify and implement new technology solutions to improve business processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Odoo ERP development and customization.
• Solid background in website management and development.
• Experience planning and executing social media advertising campaigns.
• Understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
