Integrated Solutions Commercial Advisor

About the role

Baker Hughes is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Solutions Commercial Advisor to lead proposal development, contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment for its energy technology solutions. You will work across global teams to build winning strategies for bids and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all elements of Integrated Solutions (I&S) opportunities through the I&S process, meeting stage and decision‑gate deliverables.
• Engage regional leadership, commercial operations, product line teams and technical focal points to develop winning proposals.
• Draft project plans, risk‑management, communications, sourcing, vendor‑management and cost models.
• Ensure commercial models accurately reflect ROI and profitability, working closely with internal stakeholders.
• Provide leadership for negotiations with customers, contracted parties and vendors.
• Perform contract handover using Baker Hughes OFSE Commercial and Operational Framework agreements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, commercial or scientific discipline.
• 12+ years of experience in oil & gas operator or service companies, including integrated commercial bids.
• 3+ years leading integrated projects and strong understanding of upstream business.
• Proven leadership, influencing and analytical decision‑making skills in a global matrix organization.
